Setup takes two stages

After creating your account, the BnCheck assistant divides setup into two stages. The first identifies the landlord or account holder and connects BnCheck to SES Hospedajes; the second registers the accommodation you manage.

Stage 1 — Landlord and SES connection: you need the Entity Code and the web-services credentials.
Stage 2 — Accommodation: you need the Establishment Code assigned to the property, hostel or accommodation.

Step 1: Configure the landlord and connect SES Hospedajes

Complete these fields on the first BnCheck screen:

Landlord name: a name that helps you identify the account holder in BnCheck.
Landlord code: this is the Código de Entidad (Entity Code) shown in SES Hospedajes.
Web-services username and Web-services password: the technical credentials generated by SES Hospedajes for online communications.

Before clicking “Continue”, collect these three SES Hospedajes values: Entity Code, web-services username and web-services password.

How to obtain the Entity Code and credentials

Log in to the official SES Hospedajes portal.
Open «Mis datos registrados» and find the Código de Entidad. Copy it into the BnCheck “Landlord code” field.
In the same section, enable «Envío de comunicaciones por servicio web».
SES Hospedajes will send an email containing Usuario and Contraseña. Enter them in BnCheck’s web-services fields.

SES Hospedajes Entity Code used to configure the landlord in BnCheck — Enter the SES Hospedajes Entity Code as the Landlord code in BnCheck.

Enable web-service communications in SES Hospedajes — Enable web-service communications so SES can generate the technical credentials.

SES Hospedajes email containing the web-services username and password — The web-services username ends in “WS”. Do not use your personal SES Hospedajes login credentials.

Step 2: Register the accommodation

After BnCheck validates stage 1, the assistant displays the accommodation form. Complete these fields:

Apartment name: the name used to identify the accommodation in BnCheck.
Apartment code: this is the Código de Establecimiento (Establishment Code) from SES Hospedajes.
Address: the accommodation address.
Landlord: select the entity configured in the previous stage.

The Establishment Code must belong to the Entity Code configured in stage 1. If the establishment belongs to a different entity, BnCheck will not be able to validate it correctly.
