A streamlined onboarding process

Unlike other platforms, BnCheck setup takes only two stages. Once you sign up, the assistant walks you through each step.

Step 1: Connect your identity (host)

The first step connects your BnCheck account with Ministry servers (SES Hospedajes). For that, you need special technical access credentials.

⚠️ Important: The new SES Hospedajes platform does NOT use your personal username/password. It uses technical credentials (username ending in "WS") specifically designed so tools like BnCheck can submit data securely on your behalf.

How do you get these credentials?

It is easy and you only do it once:

Log in to the official SES Hospedajes portal.
Go to "Mis datos registrados".
Enable "Envío de comunicaciones por servicio web".

Enable web service in SES Hospedajes — You only need to tick this option in the official portal.

You will immediately receive an official email with your User (for example, 12345678ZWS) and system password. Enter them in BnCheck and click "Continue".

Step 2: Register your property

Once the connection is set, you only need to indicate which property you will manage. In the same "Mis datos registrados" panel, you will find the Entity Code for the required landlord code field.

And also the List of establishments for the required apartment code field. Copy it into the BnCheck assistant, assign a property name, and you are done.
